It is possible that you have received a message saying "you are using an outdated browser version" although you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or higher.

In this case please check to make sure the „Enterprise Mode" and „Compatibility View” setting is turned off  (no tick in front). You will find this setting in the menu "Tools" and then „Enterprise Mode" and "Compatibility View". Please also refer to the screenshot.

If the Compatibility View option is completely disabled and the website still does not load properly please also check the "Compatibility View Settings".

Ensure that the domain "" is not included in the list.

Also, the two options "Display intranet/all websites in Compatibility View" should have NO tick in them.
